Dude, get over the whole "jaiku-killer" thing. Jaiku was started before twitter. It has some superficial similarities, but they're very different services.
Even if they weren't, no-one really wants to "kill" a competing service - the target that's best for users is interoperability.
Besides focussing on being a Twitter-killer means going after Twitter's userbase and those guys just want a Twitter clone. Boring. There are so many more interesting ways that these services can evolve.

This was in response to partial rendering of the overview, not the 500. I'll look into the 500 separately.

@gafferTito I don't think that is so bad. Gmail has great filtering options, you can auto tag all msgs from Jaiku to tag and avoid Inbox.

The feeds and API are now down. The slave db is unhappy and we are letting it catch up and will re-enable the API after that's done.
We will have to rate-limit the API quite heavily until we have a chance to schedule some downtime - early next week.

There's 'down' and 'down'. They have been running but accessing old data, slowly.
Now they are accessing current data, but will not be able to reply to all queries.
